David Ellis Academy West Auditorium Space Rental Inquiry Form
We appreciate your interest in space rental at the Theresa Ellis Performing Arts Center, located on the David Ellis Academy West campus. Kindly review the following information and then thoroughly complete the form below. One of our representatives will reach out to you to finalize the reservation for your event.
Facility Fees and Deposit:
The minimum rental period for the facility shall be four (4) hours, which shall include setup time and breakdown time. Additional time is incremented in one (1) hour blocks (for example, if your use of the facility runs 15 minutes or more over the last hour of your reservation, then this will be considered an additional hour of facility use.)
Facility Rental Fee: $1,500.00 (includes 4 hours of rental)
Security Deposit: $250.00 (to be returned if renting party adequately cleans the facility after their event). The person responsible for locking the facility shall determine whether or not the facility has been adequately cleaned and is in good order.
Additional Time: $150.00 for each additional hour.
Rental of Facility for Entire Day: $2,000.00 (Note: an entire day, when available, is not to exceed 8 hours total and must end no later than 8 p.m. on Saturday, 7 p.m. on Monday through Friday, and 8 p.m. on Sunday.)
