This was a problem with a microwave located in our staff workroom – this is not an instance of anyone setting off or “pulling” a fire alarm or other potential hazard. The problem has been addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience to your child, especially since this false alarm occurred during one of our lunch periods. Students were given adequate time to eat their lunches, despite the interruption.
Everyone is safe and have returned to their regular routines and schedules.
